The goal of this project was to create an infographic based on a chosen belief or worldview. I decided to focus on the effects of medical debt in the U.S.

To begin this project, I did research and filled out a research document to ensure that everything on the infographic is cited and correct. 

After completing my research, I sketched out several thumbnails that experimented with different imagery, layouts, and compositions. With these thumbnails I was able to choose which infographic concept was the most visually appealing to move forward with.

Next, I took the two most compelling concepts from my thumbnails and made a more detailed rough of the concepts. This allowed me to further conceptualize the layout and composition of the infographic.

Using my roughs as reference, I created a digital prototype of the infographic in Adobe Illustrator. This allowed me to experiment with color and get a feel for how the layout works with actual text and information.

For the final infographic, I took critiques and added more color to the finished poster. I also added some texture to the background and sorted out some spacing issues.
